Education

Post Baccalaureate Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA)

Doctorate in physics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Studied the humanities with the Masters of Humanities Program, New York University in Paris, France and Kyoto, Japan and at the University of Colorado, Denver.

Studied studio art at the Community College of Denver,the University of Colorado, Denver, Colorado Mountain College and the Community College of Santa Fe.

Studied pastel painting with Albert Handel in Santa Fe, oil painting with Frank Hobbs in Italy in Perugia, drawing in Florence, Italy, Art as Alchemy with Eileen Braziel in Santa Fe and Encaustic with Diane Rolnick and Ellen Koment in Santa Fe.

Studied mixed media with Louise Cadillac in Mexico.

Studied painting with Joe Santori of the New York Studio School.

Studied Figure Drawing with Bruce Gagnier of the New York Studio School.

Studied Drawing with Julia Catron in Santa Fe.

Studied Painting with Larry Mullins in Santa Fe.
